These terms cover buying from RIHLAN. Placing an order means you accept them.
RIHLAN is a small-batch perfume brand based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, blending and bottling by hand in small batches.
We blend and bottle alcohol-based perfume by hand in small batches. Because batches are small and made by hand, there can be very slight variation in colour between batches. The scent itself is kept consistent, and every batch is recorded and traceable.
DAYBREAK, and every scent name we use, is our own name for our own blend. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any other perfume house, and we do not present our products as anyone else's.
Submitting the order form is a request, not a completed sale. A sale is made when we call you to confirm and you accept. We may decline an order if we cannot reach you, if the address is outside our delivery range, or if we have reason to believe the order is not genuine.
Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka and shown on the site. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you place the order. We may change prices at any time, but never after an order has been confirmed with you.
Payment is on delivery in cash, or in advance by bKash or Nagad. We send payment details only after confirming your order by phone.
We will never ask you to send money to a personal number before we have spoken to you, and we will never ask for your bKash or Nagad PIN. If anyone claiming to be us does this, it is not us. Please tell us.
If you have sensitive skin or known fragrance allergies, test on a small patch of skin first. We make no medical, therapeutic, or health claims about any of our products.

If something is wrong with what we sent you, we will replace it or refund it. Beyond that, our responsibility is limited to what you paid for the order.
The RIHLAN name, wordmark, scent names, photography, and text on this site belong to us. Please do not copy them.
We try to keep everything on the site accurate, but we may correct errors in descriptions or prices at any time.
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page tells you when they last changed.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
