This page explains what we collect when you use this site, why, and what we do not do with it. We have tried to write it in plain language rather than legal filler.
We collect this for one reason: to deliver your order and to call you to confirm it. Order details are submitted through Netlify Forms, the service that hosts this site, and are visible to us there.
This site uses Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and the Meta Pixel. These record things like which pages you visited, roughly where in the world you are, what kind of device you used, and whether you arrived from Facebook or Instagram.
The Meta Pixel also allows us to show advertisements on Facebook and Instagram to people who have visited this site. If you would rather not be included, you can control this in your Facebook ad preferences, or use a browser that blocks tracking scripts.
Your shopping bag is stored in the web address of the page you are on, not in a cookie on your device. Closing the tab clears it.
We do not take payment on this website. You pay the rider in cash, or you send a bKash or Nagad payment directly to us after we confirm your order. No payment information ever passes through this site.
We keep order records so that we can honour returns, trace a batch if there is ever a problem with it, and recognise returning customers. If you want your details removed from our records, message us and we will delete them.
Your name, number, and address are given to the courier company delivering your order, because they cannot deliver without them. Nobody else receives your details.
This site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Message us on Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp and ask. We will answer honestly.
