We deliver across Dhaka by courier. Every order is confirmed by phone before it is dispatched.

Delivery is charged once per order, not per bottle. Ordering three bottles together costs the same delivery as ordering one.
We fill bottles to order rather than holding finished stock. If your order needs a fresh batch, dispatch can take an extra day or two. We will always tell you on the confirmation call rather than let you wonder.
Hartals, weather, and the weeks before Eid slow every courier in the city. We will keep you informed if your order is caught in one of these, but we cannot guarantee timing during them.
The courier will normally attempt delivery twice and call before each attempt. Please keep the phone you ordered with switched on.
If the first attempt fails because nobody was available, the charge for the second attempt is payable by you. If both attempts fail, the parcel returns to us and we will contact you to arrange a resend.
Please give a full address with a landmark. An incomplete address is the most common cause of a failed delivery. If a parcel returns to us because the address was wrong, the resend will carry a second delivery charge.
